PES University provides scholarships to students pursuing a course. Below are the scholarships details:

• MRD scholarships: If a student is among the top 20% in their section in terms of CGPA for a particular academic year, then the student will get a tuition fee waiver of 40% for the next academic year of study
• Distinction awards: If a student secures a CGPA of 7.75 or above for a particular year, then the student would receive a cash prize as a distinction award
• Rural scholarships: The University offers free engineering education for a selected number of students coming from rural backgrounds every year
• Research assistantship: Students showing keen research intent can work under professors’s as research associates and can be compensated for it
• Prof. CNR Rao Scholarships: In this scholarship, a 50% of tuition fee refund is provided to top 5% of the students. The students are shortlisted based on their merit. It is applicable for all years except for the final year of study.

Vel Tech offers Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship, which is based on a candidate's merit in Class 12 (PCM) and/or their rank in VTUEEE, whichever is higher. PCM topper from each state/ Union Territory is granted 100% scholarship in tuition fee. Candidates must have minimum 60% aggregate in PCM to be eligible for the rank-based scholarship. The University of Indianapolis provides financial aid to international students in the form of academic and athletic scholarships and grants. Based on the information submitted, departmental interest awards are added to merit scholarships. The different types of scholarships include merit scholarships, departmental scholarships, legacy scholarships, and transfer student scholarships. 

The scholarships offered to the undergraduate international students are described below: 

Merit Scholarships:

1.     Richard G. Lugar Academic Recognition Award: A scholarship of USD 17,000 to USD 20,000 per year is offered to international students based on their high school GPAs and academic skills. Students are required to have a GPA of 2.5 to 2.7 to renew the scholarship every year. 

2.     Horizon Grant: A scholarship of USD 13,500 to USD 15,000 per year is offered to the students based on their high school GPAs and academic skills. Students are required to have a GPA of 2.0 and full-time attendance for scholarship renewal every year.

Leadership Scholarships:

1.     Legacy Award: A scholarship of USD 1,500 annually is offered to freshmen undergraduate students whose parent or grandparent is an alumnus or holds a degree from the university. Students are required to have a 2.0 GPA and full-time attendance to renew the scholarship every year. 

Transfer Student Scholarships:

1.     Transfer Academic Award: A scholarship of USD 5,000 to USD 15,000 is offered to the students based on transferable university-level credit hours and GPA. A GPA of 2.0 to 2.7 and full attendance are required to renew the scholarship. 

Departmental Scholarships:

Departmental Scholarships are offered to the students according to their study departments. The scholarship amount varies based on departments and the GPA/academic qualifications of the students. For details, students can refer to the university website.
