Hello, getting scholarships for studying abroad is a very interesting issue. There are multiple factors in play. Need of the host universities to have students on their roll so that they remain in business. Unlike in India, majority of institutions are self financing. But they get finance from various activities they do from industry. For this they need students. But to get this student needs to be intelligent, academically sound amongst many parameters. Clearing exams with good score helps a lot. Many students apply to different universities and seek scholarships. Many do offer from 100% to 25% to nil. It all depends on your caliber.

Yes, you are eligible. The university offers scholarships with 60% percentile and above. You can get a scholarship according to your eligibility. If you score 83.5% you are eligible for Shri OP Jindal Scholarship(Boys)/Smt. Savitri Devi Jindal Scholarship(Girls).
