With 88% in 10+2 (in top 4 subjects) they'll give you 50% scholarship (but not in Noida branch, you need 90% for that) & 100% scholarship on 93% in class 12th. There is no hidden policy regarding the scholarship. If you're eligible for 100% scholarship, then you'll study for free. They won't take a single penny from you. You have to continue scholarship every year by coming in the top 10% or 20% of the class strength. Now, I come to your question. You are saying if any student didn't take admission with scholarship but what if he does great while studying in college. Yes, they give scholarship to students doing good in academics during the course.
