Yes, SNU Chennai offers stipends and assistantships to full-time PhD students. Whereas, part-time scholars are exempted from this facility. Students admitted to PhD course at SNU Chennai will receive a stipend of INR 20,000 per month, with free shared accommodation in the campus. The university also provides contingency amount of INR 25,000 per annum for research activities.

Note: The stipend is subject to the satisfactory performance in the program, which shall be evaluated continuously, in compliance with the University research regulations.

Scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit and financial need to support a student through the program. Some private medical colleges in Nepal are required by law to grant complete scholarships to a portion of their annual student intake. Yes, IIIT Lucknow does have scholarships to meritorious students. Though the institute does't have its own scholarships it accepts scholarships offered by the state and national government. Few of the scholarships are:
