Scholarships are usually on merit, and typically when you apply you will be considered for it automatically. Backlogs and reattempts won't help much if you are aiming for scholarships, work exhaustively on your academics and build a good profile for better chances. Good luck.

Hello Jithin,
It is very nice to see your ambition to study MS abroad and that too with good amount of scholarship. But perhaps what you are seeking is only Utopia. However I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different colleges offering MS in mechanical engineering abroad. For fulfilling your dreams I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for MS. These agencies will have knowledge of various nuances that will give you lot of insight. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/ms-in-mechanical-engineering-from-abroad-ds11509265
Best wishes to you.

MBA from abroad is fancy and has lots of opportunities awaiting you. You must go for it and also the scholarship depends on the college's criteria. Some might offer you partial scholarship while on the other hand some might offer a full scholarship to you. You need to research and invest your time by finding out the colleges of your choice and study their policy. Good luck Mate.
