Hi, for international students obtaining a full scholarship is extremely difficult to get especially for Masters. Top universities such as MIT offers need-based scholarship however they are extremely competitive. Check for education loans from Indian banks.

Hi, scholarships are on merit basis, if you have a very good profile chances are there of obtaining a scholarship. You can also opt for an education loan from Indian banks. Another option is to check trusts and organizations providing financial assistance such for higher studies abroad, some include Fullbright Nehru Scholarship to study in USA, Aga Khan Scholarship etc.
