GEHU Dehradun offers scholarship to the meritorious students every year. To be eligible for the scholarship the students must have scored atleast 95% in Class 12 or 95 percentile in CUET or 99 percentile in JEE Main.

Additionally, GEHU Dehradun awards 10% scholarship amount to every female student. The scholarship amount is calculated on the tuition fee. Apart from this, the University also offers up to 25% fee concession to the hilly area resident students.

After the RIE CEE 2023 result, the exam conducting body will provide scholarships to all the SC and ST candidates and 50% to the remaining candidates. Notably, the scholarships will be awarded only to those candidates who submit a copy of their parent's income certificate. The scholarship is also based on the merit list declared for admission.

UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University does not offer scholarships on its own. However, students of UPRTOU are eligible to apply for various scholarships offered by Uttar Pradesh government. Students can apply for the Post Matric Scholarship, by visiting the official scholarship website of the Uttar Pradesh government. Candidates’ family annual income must be less than INR 2 Lacs (for General category) and INR 2.50 Lacs (for SC/ST category).
