Yes, it can be done by getting through Delhi University's School of Open Learning with an HBSE 12th certificate. The eligibility criterion for the programme is pass in 12th standard with minimum marks.
Admission is through online portals sol.du.ac.in; HBSE marksheets and other documents are needed. Category relaxations are there for reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC. You can pursue business law after graduation with a B.Com of 35% from Sol DU. This would depend on the specific course and university requirements, however.

There are a few business law course institutions that eligibility can base on the percentage acquired. To many others, they would require a certain entrance test or any other qualification impartially.

Yes, you can the latest cutoff information of M.A. Political Science in Delhi University at an official website of DELHI UNIVERSITY PG. DU PG 2024 Seat Allotment Round 2 Cut off was released on the 2nd of July, 2024. Details of the distribution of seats can be obtained by students logging in into the CSAS portal using their number. 

The cut-off scores are announced on the official DU website once the National Testing Agency, NTA, announces the CUET 2025 scores. DU admission only has CUET as an entrance test in its affiliated colleges.

SOL DU offers various skill courses under the Open Learning Development Center. The duration of these courses ranges between 30 hours and six months. These courses are conducted in Online, Offline, Hybrid and Self-Paced Learning modes. Yes, as it is an Open School and there is no limit for seat intake, you can certainly get direct admission in DU SOL. The college offers a variety of courses at the undergraduate level, admissions to which are entirely merit-based. However, students should note that even though admissions are accepted directly for the UG courses, they must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria prior to applying. There is no need to repeat the whole year, you can just give the exams of both sems along 3rd if you have not written the exams of 1st and 2nd semesters but your result sheet will be marked a star because of re examination.
