Regarding your admission in Government agriculture college, there is still a chance for your admission, as you can perform better in the entrance exam of the college, then your marks in 12th will not matter. But if you want to get admission in government agriculture college via 12th percentage, then there are less chances of your admission.

Average course fee: 25,000 to 1,20,000 INR only
Semester 1: Phycology (microbiology) ;Plant anatomy and developmental Biology (cell Biology and Biomolecules Bryophytes, Pteridophytes and Gymnosperms
Semester 2: Mycology and Plant pathology (taxonomy of Angiosperm); Palaebotany and palynology (genetics and genomics)
Semester3: Plant physiology and Biochemistry (phytochemistry and Pharmacognosy); Plant Molecular and Biotechnology (Microbial Biotechnology)
Semester 4: Computer applications and Bioinformatics). .

Different colleges have different cut off ranges. But in general, 350 marks is required to get admission for B.Sc Nursing in any government medical college. Check the Brochures of your desired college if 108 marks in NEET meet their cut off range of to your category.

Let me put this into three scenarios and let you know whether BDS is a good career option or not.
BDS as a career option would be considered only if you did not get MBBS seat
