For B.Sc in any stream in Satya Sai Women's College is around INR 40,000 thousand for 1st year, maybe it gradually increases.

The fee structure at PERI College of Arts and Science for B.com for full course duration would be around INR 2,80,000 for 3 years and it's eligibility is around 50% marks in 10+2 so just go for it.

You can do it anyway. BCA requires no restrictions. Some Arts students are also pursuing BCA, so you can do.
