Hello, Eligibility for M.Sc. In Botany -
A candidate must have a B.Sc. Degree with Honours preferably in Botany, Biological sciences or Life sciences, however, Zoology honours students can also apply with minimum 50% marks. The other eligibility criteria like age limit and caste-based eligibility criteria vary from University to University. Most of the top universities do not have age limit criteria. Thanks.

If you complete Ph.D. from any of these places. You will have good chance to earn in Lacs every month. You will be either professor in top IITs, top colleges, researcher in government Institutes or private companies or doing some technical job in industry. All of these pay very well. Even your study at these institutions you will be getting good stipend. You can join any of these Institutes in 3 ways.
1. After class 12. For BSMS using JEE or NEET
2. After B.Sc. For integrated Ph.D. using IIT JAM or jest
3 after M.Sc. As a Ph.D. using GATE/net/jest

You need to apply separately to IISC. So IISC application opens in Feb-march. And JEST also happens in the same time. You fill the application of IISC and put that your JEST result is pending. Then in April when your JEST result comes. You need to edit your application and put your JEST rank. If your JEST rank is good. They will call you for an interview. After JEST not just in IISC. Everywhere like IISERS etc. You need to apply at each Institute separately.

You have two ways. First is just after B.Sc. You have two exams: IIT JAM and JEST Physics. You can give both exams. Happens in February every year. Than people who score top ranks in these exams are called for interview in iisc Bangalore. If you clear interview. You will get admission in integrated Ph.D. in iisc. In this you do your M.Sc. And Ph.D. and than leave iisc after 6-7 years. In this you will get 16000rs per month in M.Sc. And 31000rs per month in Ph.D. Second is you do M.Sc. From somewhere else. Than you can give three exams GATE CSIR NET and JEST. Qualify any one of these with top rank. Under 100. Than you will get Interview
