As per my knowledge, Engineering has more scope than B.Sc. Engineering is one of the most popular courses in India and there are many institutes that offer the course to aspiring students. B.Tech degrees are more career-centered which implies that most of the graduates will easily be able to secure a job after the completion of the degree. The jobs would depend on the specialisation of the B.Tech degree. A few good universities for B.Tech are:
University of Mumbai, Mumbai
Geeta University, Panipat
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University Hyderabad
Karnataka State Open University Mysore
Chandigarh University
SRM
Sharda University.

Hope you are doing well, Have some patience as scholarships are provided by the government so it could take some time to receive but don't worry about the admission letter college has to send it as the earliest as possible because they also have to start with lectures. So wait for the further notifications by the college.
