Yes, you can get admission in regular course provided you have applied in that course /college and meet the cut-off criterion. If you have applied Maths in class 11 and 12 then you are eligible for taking admission in B.Com honours, B.A. Honours in economics. , You are also eligible for appearing in

Your class 10th and class 12th marks at the time of placement only, they make you eligible for a particular company as per the marks requirement by company in order to get eligible for interview. Yes you can do the CA course with out of a math. But you can't do the CS becouse of the course has a special consideration with the math. We can only say about that the possibilities of your career without your appearing course.
