Most of the Colleges in Hyderabad prefer to have Mathematics as compulsory subject while there are many colleges for which students without Mathematics are eligible to apply for M.Sc. Computer Science provided you must done your graduation in computer Science.

Yes, it provides Scholarship on the basis of merit and financial needs, there are many private organisation as well as Colleges which provide scholarships on the basis of financial need. Just keep yourself updated when scholarship date are going to be released otherwise you'll miss the opportunity.
