If one has qualities like leadership, business management skills, risk management, etc. Should definitely go for MBA course. Also, if one has lost interest in the IT world after completing B.Sc. In computer Science, then he/she can opt for MBA. MCA course will be icing in the cake, as you can grab fat paychecks in reputed organizations.
