There are a few courses in which DU take entrance examination. Except those courses the admission to any course is merit based.

The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. Minimum education:

The fee for the courses depends on the colleges. The renowned colleges shall have higher fees than other colleges. The fee for B.Sc. In Microbiology ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 2,00,000. The admissions are mainly based on merits. Some of the top colleges for B.Sc. In Microbiology are St. Xavier's
