Yes, it is valid, but for MS you need to develop your skills beyond B.Tech, so that you understand the level of studies which is carried out abroad.

Hello,
M.sc in environmental science total fees for general category student is 29500 for one semester and fees for sc/st student is 22000 for one semester.
Admission starts in the month of February. You need to fill the registration form for NITJ and then attend the exam for the same. Merit lists are released out and selected students are given a chance to get admitted.
