Admission criteria of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics : Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (or its equivalent examination) in the current (or the earlier) session may apply for admission to the 1st year class of the Degree Course. There is no particular prescribed books for the entrance exam. Candidates can prepare for the tests by working on their basic mathematical and quantitative skills, reading widely available text books in basic biology and ecology( many of these are available on the internet), books on wildlife and issues relating to the conservation and management of wildlife, watching documentary films, and reading media articles relating to the issues will surely help you to prepare for the exam.
You need to know some good basic English, basic Maths and other basic science stuff mostly biology but questions from other sciences may be there too and well versed in writing essays on popular wildlife related issues.
