Minimum Eligibility criteria for admission to PG courses is given below: For the M.A. Programme Aspirants who wish to take admission in M.A. Programme must have completed their BA/BA (Hons) with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university.

Both are good, it depends on your interest. If you want to remain in Science field, you can opt for B.Sc. And then M.Sc. If you want to go for arts subjects, you can opt for B.A. Later, you can pursue M.A. There are a lot of options available in both the fields.
