USA is a hub of STEM programs, thus there are ample of universities that will offer you Computer Science courses. Universities usually have specific scores that they need in a particular section in the GRE exam. I personally visited Edwise for counseling and they gave me a good idea of the scores I would require. You could visit them.

The eligibility criteria is varying according to Universities, However if you are graduate in Science, IT or CS etc. Can pursue this course. Further there is no needs of mathematics at 10+2 level for admission in M.Sc. IT.

B.Sc. Biotechnology has lots of career opportunities as compared to B.Sc. Life Science. You will get good salary also. And placement is always a surity in biotechnology.

. Your mastery and your expertise in the field decide your growth. If you have good command over your subjects, you have sufficient Practical knowledge, you are good at soft skills then, nobody can stops you from getting a good job. Go for the college which are good in terms of education and placements. BCA is a job oriented course so you should go with BCA. Well if you want to go with B.Sc. Then choose some career oriented, job oriented courses like B.Sc. In biotechnology, B.Sc. In agriculturem etc.

If you want to leave B.Sc then you must leave it. As far as I know, if you want to prepare for IAS then B.A. will be a better option. Good luck!
