Hello Jerald Maths is optional for B.Com. So many students are doing it already.
You can easily get through b.com without maths. Integration, Differentiation, Trigonometry, etc. to be studied in maths are nowhere used in B.com. You simply have to study accounting principles and finance terms.
Thank you.

Mathematics is compulsory till your class 12th level because they check the board subjects while taking admission in college and mathematics is compulsory to have. After 12th you do not need to have it.

Hi,
If you're having a BSc degree in mathematics, only then will you get admission into M.Sc Mathematics as maths is the main subject and is required in B.Sc final year, if a candidate wants to do M.Sc in the same.
In addition, you must first check with the cutoff percentage as yours is a bit low.

Hi Rutuja,
I believe that for admissions into M.Sc. Microbiology, you need to have a B.Sc. Degree in microbiology or a plain B.Sc. Biology. I don't think B.Sc. Hotel management fulfills the eligibility criteria. You must still confirm with what university you want admissions into as it may vary.

If you would have this percentage, I would recommend to think other programme for your career. According to your percentage, there will be question marks on your subject's foundation which will have a strong impact on further education.
