You can get various jobs. Firstly, consult with the HRM department of your own college and ask for previous placement record and if not satisfactory, you may choose off campus since 8+ cgpa is a good one.

Yes, you can appear in M.Sc in physics. In most colleges and universities, it is generally recommended to maintain an attendance of not less than 75 percent to sit in the exams.
