Damp adds that the average federal salary alone, not counting benefits, is more than $67,000. The benefits, of course, are what many employees say make government employment so attractive. These perks include job security, good health insurance, a retirement plan and steady raises. * Benefits: Government benefits almost always exceed private sector benefits packages. Employees often have superior health care plans with lower cost and favorable retirement plans. In prolonged recessions, government and private sector benefit packages both get worse. Still, government benefits remain better. Thank you.

More books create confusion, so go for best books suggested by Toppers. Pick up the topics in the study plan line by line and prepare it. After completing the topics solve the question of that chapter. Make your own notes to understand easily during the exam. After completing the whole syllabus solved the previous year question papers to get an idea about the paper level. The conducting IIT also provide the IIT JAM Question Papers with Answer key. Also, give the mock test to boost your speed and accuracy. Revision is important so revise whole the syllabus before the exam. Good luck.
