Hello Sakshi,
It's very nice to hear from you are interested in doing your graduation in food technology from ICT Mumbai. However I could not lay my hands on any paper or information where ICT talks of lateral admission. It is understood that it is not allowed. But if you reside in Mumbai then I would advise you to go to Matings and find out from the institute itself. The MSc program is of 2 years and the total fees will cost you around 2 lakhs including registration fees and tuition fess.
