The subject combination is physics, chemistry and biology. Instead of biology, you can have botany or zoology.
But please let me know how you have passed 12th without physics, is there any board which has such subject combination without physics?

It depends on your attitude to your career. As you have changed your field completely from M.Sc to fashion designing, I am sure it is not a one-day decision. You selected this thing for the rest of your life then you must have a keen interest in fashion designing industry. I only can suggest you one thing it may take time to make a good career in this field. You have to keep patience and do work. Best of luck.
