You need to have a minimum 50% for admission in the mentioned course and need to have mandatory subjects as Chemistry, English, Physics, Mathematics / Biology.

No, without giving JENPAUH, one can not take admission in Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences, Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan.
The admissions are purely on basis of the scores obtained in JENPAUH.

M.Sc. From KSOU is UGC approved, recognised to Distance Education Council (DEC) New Delhi, recognised to Commonwealth of learning (COL), recognised to regular member of the association of Indian universities (AIU) Delhi. So, your degree is Valid.
