Filling up of an application form starts by the end of December 2018 till April 2019 and exams are held somewhere around April- May ( different colleges have different dates ). There are some UK and Indian Government organizations, which provide UK and Indian Government Certification in Medical line. I know one UK Government institute which offer Medical courses.
The courses they offer is award winning courses and the courses has accredited from Royal School of London.

For Pune, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Pune offers B.Sc in Astrophysics. If you have location constraint, there are less number of colleges available as per your preferred location. Try and be a little flexible on that to get more options.

No, you are definitely not eligible. You have to have Physics for 4 semester and Mathematics for 2nd semester in B.Sc. There is no restrictions on +2 subjects.
