There is nothing like Phobia exist in the world. It is just our will-power and control over our mind, which decides our achievement in particular field. I know many people carries the fear of Maths and really find it equitable to the disaster. First of all, for this, you have to clear your thoughts to escape out of this so-called phobia.
1) Treat it just as a SUBJECT. Not a GHOST
2) Keep on telling to yourself daily-before and after sleep- "I am improving in Maths daily"
Repeat this daily as a mantra and u will see that slowly and slowly, your anxiety level with Maths keep on decreasing.
For any help, you are always welcome.
