For Masters programme IELTS score requirement is 6.5 with no module score less than 6. Your reading score is not up to the mark. You will have to reappear for IELTS academic exam.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains. Every 12th appeared students who have done there 12th in science stream with physics, chemistry and maths are eligible.

To appear in JAM Exam, you only need a graduation degree with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. Yes, you can do B.Sc from Amity University distance and there are few foreign universities too for B.Sc like Marconi University, CE. A. R. S and Open University UK. You can apply from IGNOU also.

Hi,
It depends upon the college you choose. Most of the good colleges accepts 75 percent in science subjects. So if you want to admit in a good college you have to secure 75 percent.
