Either in Zoology / Botany / Chemistry / Fishery Science / Earth Science / Physics / Agriculture / Microbiology / Applied Sciences or in any other equivalent disciplines. One can also pursue M.Tech in Oceanography or Marine Biology. The minimum qualification is M.Sc. And sometimes a valid GATE score is essential for admission to this programme. Andhra University
Indian Institute of technology
Goa University.

Please mention your specialization in Diploma in mechatronics. In general, it is a peculiar branch and a tough one to pursue.
And its not like mechatronics is just a combination of mechanical and ECE and bit electrical. You will have knowledge about all dis branches so job opportunity is more but its not a core branch. Not very sure of the placements from this branch but all i can say is if you look at at he placements perspective , rather can opt to go for General B.Sc in electronics as it is more easily available and placements chances are also high. Today electronics industry in India is on boon and many manufacturing indust
