Yes, you certainly can reappear for 12th Class exams. Or you could pursue a Diploma on the basis of 10th class. Pursuing a Diploma will be easier than 12th and it is also considered equivalent to 12th. But I would suggest passing the 12th in the failed exam. Diploma is 3 years long and 12th can be completed in a year. But see what you can manage and then decide accordingly.

There is no difference between BE and B.Tech, some colleges offer BE and some offers B.Tech. There is the difference of only names BE and B.Tech. (course is same).

The management fees for BE in CSE is around 3 lakhs. You have to pay the fees to get admission.

I would recommend you to do 10+2 and then take a Bachelors in food technology. This gives higher career prospects. After 10th, you can consider a Diploma though. Diploma - internship or few years of experience - Bachelors can also be another route you may want to explore.

Biology (Sciences) leads to Bachelors in medical, nursing, dentistry, physiotherapy, botany, zoology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, genetics, chemistry. Commerce leads you to accounting, finances, economics, statistics. ICWA and CA are relevant qualifications.
