After 10+2 exams, you can join a fashion or interior designing institute that offers a Bachelors in Fashion/Interior Designing. You can appear for national level design entrance exams too. There are some institutes offering a 4-year Bachelor's degree.

You can join the merchant navy from age 16 as an officer cadet or as an apprentice able seafarer (deck).
