BAMS would be better. Nursing is a hectic profession. By doing BAMS you will at least save your respect, unlike nursing. And nurses are not paid well in the private sector as compared to doctors. Unless you crack any staff nurse exam that also it's a hard luck because there are less vacancies as compared to number of candidates.

There isn't any major difference, per se. Both are more or less the same subject. Media Science is related to the formulation of new techniques and formulas. The validity may be testified as science always proved what is said.
