To be honest, it depends on a lot of factors that is on the subjects, you have studied and the course you want to apply in.
Generally, DU sees best of 3 subject percentage which includes English and Maths in most cases, and I think yours will be above 85 for sure.
Hence, you have 60 to 70 percent chance of getting in a decent college.
Remember, course matters, college doesn't.
Eventually, everyone will get same degree having University of Delhi written in it and not your college.

No you are not eligible to do m.sc as your degree is professional. You must have Bachelor degree in science. So you are not eligible for the entrance exam.

You are eligible to get admission in paramedical stream. But, you need to find the colleges offering courses after class 12th. Some of the top hospitals have also started paramedical courses.
