Dear Bharat,
B.Tech is a better option as it is a professional degree/ course, whereas, B.Scn and BCA are not professional but are simple/ regular degrees. These days we have many branches available for B.Tech. Some of them are there for long like ECE, CSE, EE, Mech., Civil, etc. But with the passage of time, the impact of technology has increased due to which many new branches have come up like Biotech, Food Tech., Nanotech, Agri., Mechatronics, etc. Many reputed private universities are offering these B.Tech specializations. Dear Lakshay, there are many courses that you can opt for after class 12th. B.Tech is all time favorite, but then life doesn't stop here only. You have various other good options available.
If you are interested in pursuing a course in science, you can go for various B.Sc like Physics, Chemistry, Maths etc. Other than these, you have specialized ones like Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Forensic, Agriculture, Food technology, Computer Science, etc. Apart from these you have honors courses too. You can also go for paramedical courses like Pharmacy, Ayurveda, etc.

Eligibility Criteria:
Gujarat University admissions for a majority of courses are done on the basis of merit determined through candidates marks scored in the qualifying examination. Admission process of the varsity also requires candidates to appear for a counselling session after the merit list is released. Please refer to the link below:

You need to have Biology, Physics and Chemistry in your 10+2. You need not to have Maths. Yes, you are eligible for Biochemistry .
