The TNEA counseling is conducted by Anna University. It is conducted for all colleges in Tamil Nadu, not only for Selvam Educational Institutions. The TNEA 2025 rank list was released on June 27, 2025. Students can check their results online by logging into the official TNEA website using their email and password. After the results, the counseling process was started, where students chose their preferred colleges and courses in multiple rounds.

The required documents during the B.E. / B.Tech application process at Selvam Educational Institutions include:-

2. Allotment letter for TNEA Counseling.
3. Proof of Identity:- A government-issued ID as an Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.

The basic eligibility criteria for each course require the student to have a minimum of 45% in the previous qualification. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in TANCET exam or TNEA counseling for admission to MBA/ MCA, and BTech, respectively.

Selvam Educational Institutions offers Engineering, Management, Science, Humanities, and Computer Science courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The basic eligibility criteria for each course require the student to have a minimum of 45% in the previous qualification. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in TANCET exam or TNEA counseling for admission to MBA/ MCA, and BTech, respectively.
