There will be a different cutoff for the OBC category students.
But to avail OBC category quota, you have to have a non-creamy layer certificate.
Teachers there will check your non creamy layer certificate, i.e. your parent's annual income.

For sports quota, you can get into SRCC even if you have your percentage in 60s.
But you need to have a very good record in your field of sports. And also, you need to give trials.
For OBC, parents annual income certificate is checked to know whether you fall under creamy or non-creamy layer.
For SC/ST, you have a lower cutoff percentage. Usually comes down to 80s.
But, you can't apply for two reservations. Either you choose Sports quota or SC/ST/OBC quota.

No, maths as a subject in +2 is important for B.Com(Hons.). It's not important for you to add it in the best four though.

Could you please be a little more clear about the question. Do you mean the general electives in college or the 5th subject in +2?

Irrespective of the percentage, in your case, you won't be eligible for admission in SRCC because it's compulsory to have Maths in +2.

In the month of May, Delhi University forms are available online. You need to fill-up that and wait for the cut-offs to be released. So, if you clear the cut-off of SRCC, come to the college and get done with the admission process.
