1. Qualifying Exam : 40%
2. Case Analysis : 5%
3. Group Discussion : 5%
4. Personal Interview : 35%
5. Past Academic performance : 10%
6. Work experience : 5%
So from above qualifying exam(CAT/MAT/CMAT scores etc) and PI are contributing about 75% in a selection of candidates. While academic performance and work experience for 15%.
So keeping the above in consideration

The work experience factor should ideally be enough to get you an interview call; academic scores seem pretty good.

The cutoff of SIES is 80. Chances are low to get admission.
