On 25th May the university will provide the hall tickets. Go through the link of SVU PGCET 2019.

Yes, you can get admission in SVU for lateral entry courses. Your rank in APECET is sufficient enough to get you a seat in this college. Just apply for this college and participate in counselling.

Yes, you can get admission in all of these colleges as per your branch rank. I will suggest you to go for JNTUK for BCA course. It will be very good for you and you will get a seat easily here.
