Hello Mumtaz, national testing agency conducts and declares results of NEET including cutoff. Meaning of cutoff is that students who have scored less than this can not apply for admission to any medical College. Hence if you are above cutoff then you can apply either to your state colleges or centrally for seats that are filled up on all india basis. Depending on the college that you can get, you gave to pay the fees. If a student is below cutoff then all the doors for admission are closed. Best wishes to you.

Hello Banothu Manjula, firstly let me congratulate you for getting such excellent percentile in JEE Mains. Last year cutoff for ST was at 39. Considering this, I am sure that you will get admission in your desired NIT. I am attaching cutoffs for different categories of last year for your information only. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
