You have to pay fees in any college you apply to, since it's a government college the fee here is less compared to other colleges.

If your JEE Mains rank is 24205 then NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Nagpur, NIT Patna, NIT Surat, NIT Warangal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Karnataka, NIT Srinagar, NIT Goa, NIT Rourkela, NIT Silchar, NIT Calicut, etc. Will be good to go.

There is no way of knowing what is the minimum rank required for admissions unless the university announces the same. It lists out the qualified student roll numbers only.

No, if you studied PCB Physics Chemistry and Biology in your 12th year, you cannot take the VITEEE (Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam). For students who studied PCM Physics Chemistry and Mathematics) in their class 12th, the VITEEE is a prerequisite exam for admission to B.Tech programmes at VIT. Hello Madhavi, it's nice to SEE that you have cleared paper 2 of JEE Mains as well as you have cleared NATA also.
