Will I get government seat in veterinary course?

It is possible to secure a government seat in veterinary course with this rank. However, the minimum marks required in NEET 2023 to gain admission to a reputed veterinary college for BVSC course is expected to be around 400 or more for the unreserved category. This expected NEET cutoff for veterinary is in line with the cutoff from the previous year.

NEIL GOGTE INST OF TECHNOLOGY offers COMPUTER Science AND ENGINEERING and COMPUTER Science AND ENGINEERING (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING). You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you do no have chances of getting seat in the preferred college. The cut off was as follows

However, you can check out the top agriculture colleges in Telangana by fees, ranking, admission and placement to SEE if there are any colleges that match your requirements. You can also check out the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management - [MANAGE], Hyderabad which is ranked #1 on the list and SEE if you meet their admission requirements.
