It is possible to secure a government seat in veterinary course with this rank. However, the minimum marks required in NEET 2023 to gain admission to a reputed veterinary college for BVSC course is expected to be around 400 or more for the unreserved category. This expected NEET cutoff for veterinary is in line with the cutoff from the previous year.

I am sorry, but I cannot guarantee that you will get a free seat in a reputed college of agriculture with your rank and marks in TS EAMCET. However, you can check out the top agriculture colleges in Telangana by fees, ranking, admission and placement to SEE if there are any colleges that match your requirements. You can also check out the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management - [MANAGE], Hyderabad which is ranked #1 on the list and SEE if you meet their admission requirements.

Congratulations on your rank! Im not sure about the exact details of free seats for TS EAMCET. It seems that free seats are available for students who score below a certain rank and meet other eligibility criteria. I would recommend that you check with the official website of TS EAMCET or contact their helpline for more information on this topic.
