A ranking 20000 to 25000 is considered good to get MBBS seat in govermemt or reputed private medical colleges. So have moderate chances.

You cannot get IIIT Hyderabad with 92.76 percentile in JEE Mains. Basically that college is not a government college so no need to mention category as there is no reservation on the basis of category. For the case of percentile, every year the percentile cutoff for CSE at IIIT Hyderabad is above 99 percentile. So a big NO!

The admission to the Pharma. D. course in Andhra Pradesh is based on the rank secured by the candidate in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam, as well as the availability of seats in the colleges. The cutoff rank for admission to the Pharma. D. course can vary every year based on factors such as the number of seats available, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of applicants. Based on the previous year's cutoff, a rank of 23755 may be a bit on the higher side for admission to the Pharma. D. course in Andhra Pradesh. However, the cutoff rank may vary each year, and it's difficult to predict the exact cutoff rank in advance.

These seats are called government quota seats or management
