From previous years cutoff list, seat allotment for ece ends within 12000 to 13000 rank for OC.
Unless you got any reservation, do not hope for getting ECE in mvgr college. Check the cutoff's of the college for better understanding.

You mentioned that you belong to EWS Quota and are interested in pursuing CSE from Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, Bhimavaram. Based on your rank, it is less likely for you to get admission to CSE at SVECW as your performance is not up to the par. In 2022, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET Cutoff Rank prescribed for admission to B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering in SVECW was 2224 (for general candidates) and around 8398 (for EWS reservation). So, you need to call the University directly for seat is available or not.

Andhra Pradesh EAMCET is an entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering colleges organized by the Andhra Pradesh state board. The cutoff rank for CSE in SVU, Tirupati are
OC is 3000
SC is 16000
ST is 32000
BCA is 5000
BCB is 3000
BCC is 3000
BCD is 3000
BCE is 8000
These cutoff ranks are based on previous trends. These ranks change year by year. But your rank is 48000 which is very high than the required. So it is difficult to get admissions in SVU.

Hi. Aspirants willing to get into the legal field should get admission to LL.B. 2022 programme in India. The LL.B. Programme has been divided into two parts - one is 3-year LL.B. And the other one is 5-year LL.B. Admission 2023 is currently open for CLAT 2023 and AILET 2023. Top colleges in India will release the LL.B. Application forms and shortlist the candidates based on the national level entrance exam or university level exam. There are some law colleges and universities who take admission in LL.B. Programmes through direct entry route. This means candidates don't have to appear for entrance exams and can get direct admission thro

I will tell you about a General Category Male candidate (The most screwed guy for JoSAA)
JEE Mains Rank is 10887 (185 marks after revaluation of answer key). Below expectation result in Advanced, so can't get IIT (10782). Didn't had Interest in any branch but by placements, I could understand why everyone preferred CSE. But CSE, I could not get in any top NIT (Not in my own city), my father is a contractor and told me about civil engineering and it's long term gains (which we cannot forsee just by looking at the placements of UG ), so chose it. (would not have taken mechanical even if I got it in IITB). .

Your rank is not enough to get admission in top colleges like NIT's, IIT'S AND IIIT'S. Because the admission in this colleges is based on the cut off and cut off changes every year. But you get admission in private colleges. You give JEE Main so you are eligible for Jossa counselling. Do your JOSSA counselling and firstly fill those colleges in which you think to take admission. Jossa counselling is started from 2023.

Your EWS rank should be under 1500 to get CSE in NIT iiit or GFTI. Non EWS OPEN CANDIDATE need 96.5 to get LOWER NITS. In EWS if you don't have atleast 95.5 (crl 45000 to 55000. ). Percentile then, You, have almost no chance of getting ANY NIT ANY branch. But if you live (domicile) in ASSAM / ARUNACHAL / SIKKIM GOA / Jammu. Etc. Then you have chance of getting a NIT. As these NIT have cuttofs in Lacs (CRL) for their state students (But you have good rank for CSE in good private colleges)
