The first step for doing BE/B.Tech is applying and writing the TS EAMCET Entrance test. To qualify for the Test, you need to score a minimum of 40 marks out of 120. Eligibility for the course is that you should have passed 10+2 with 45% with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects. After getting a seat allotted in the preferred college submit the previous memos and respective documents that's all. You can apply for TS EAMCET on the official portal yourself or at a nearby MeeSeva center. Reservation is there for Students from minority castes. The admission process is very easy.

I am sorry, but with marks of 392 even under OBC category, you cannot get a government MBBS seat in any state
But you have many chances to get BDS seat
