Yes, the candidate may contact the exam officials via phone. You should call the officials during office hours.
Also, if you have an issue, don’t wait until to late.

In the last few days leading up to the SMEAT 2026 exam, the candidate needs to follow these tips:
Don't start any new topics as it will only add to the pressure. Also, you will end up transferring revision time left to preparing the new topics.
- Do timely revision and go through the important topics.

To participate in the SMEAT 2026 seat allotment process, the candidate must have qualified in the exam. You need to check your qualifying status in the SMEAT scorecard.
The seat allotment to various design courses offered by Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology will be based on:

The scorecard will be valid for the current academic session only. So, using the scorecard, the candidate can apply for admission in the 2026 academic session.
Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology will only accept SMEAT 2026 scores of the current session.

The SMAET 2026 result will be released online on the Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology admission portal.
The SMAET 2026 scorecard will carry the following information.
Candidate's name
Roll number
Sectional score
Overall score
Merit rank in SMEAT 2026
The scorecard will be available for download in pdf format. Download and take a printout.

The Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology will not release any draft answer key.
However, the institute release the answer key for the current academic session, the download link will be provided here.
The answer key it will contain details like the answer key code for each question. The candidate may also be allowed to challenge the draft key in some cases.

Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology will not release any draft answer key for the SMEAT 2026 exam.
Since there is no keys, there will be no answer key challenge option as well.
SMEAT office will directly release the SMEAT 2026 exam results on its admission portal. Log in to the result portal to check your results.

No, the candidate is not allowed to carry electronic gadgets inside SMEAT exam hall.
Any candidate who is found having such items may be disqualified.
So, don't carry such items inside the exam hall. Follow the guidelines issued by the exam conducting authority.

The exam center reporting time will be mentioned on the SMEAT 2026 amdit card.
Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology will issue admit cards a few weeks before the exam. Download the admit card using candidate credetials.
On exam day, reach the centre per the reporting time. Noe that latecomers may be denied entry.

Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology will conduct the SMEAT exam for admission to design courses offered by it.
On exam day, candidates must bring the admit card and a valid photo ID proof on exam day. Without these documents, the candidate will not be allowed to take the exam.
The id proof must be displayed when asked by exam officials.
