The first step for doing BE/B.Tech is applying and writing the TS EAMCET Entrance test. To qualify for the Test, you need to score a minimum of 40 marks out of 120. Eligibility for the course is that you should have passed 10+2 with 45% with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects. After getting a seat allotted in the preferred college submit the previous memos and respective documents that's all. You can apply for TS EAMCET on the official portal yourself or at a nearby MeeSeva center. Reservation is there for Students from minority castes. The admission process is very easy.

I am sorry, but with marks of 392 even under OBC category, you cannot get a government MBBS seat in any state
But you have many chances to get BDS seat
All this I talked about government colleges
There are chances for private colleges.

You have got a better rank in ICET exam, and you can get admission in good college. The selection of college is based upon your preference in online counceling. It's Better to you to select college what you want to join and check previous year admission details up to which rank the college get admissions.

Admission to MBBS is considerably higher in the All India quota than in the state level quota Candidates who score well in the NEET UG exam can apply for MBBS admission in a variety of states through the AIQ quota. Admission is solely based on a candidate performance in the NEET UG 2022 exam
NEET 15% AIQ simply means that of the total number of seats available 15% are to be filled by candidates applying the All India Quota.
