There are several factors that affect SOA University MBA Cutoff, such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the entrance exam, reservation policies, seat availability, college reputation & demands, the previous year's trend, and performance in the entrance examination.  Moreover, if the entrance exam is particularly tough in a particular year, then the cutoff would decrease because of low overall scores.
