SOIL Institute of Management specifies the minimum qualification and aggregate required for each programme. The institute only accepts applications of eligible aspirants. Below is the course-wise eligibility:

PGPM- HR (1 year)* | Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institute with at least 50% aggregate More than 60% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 examinations |
PGDM (2 years)* | Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institution Graduated in the relevant discipline of Arts/ Commerce/ Science/ Engg. (BTech/ B.E.) etc |
