Register and fill the online application form

Fill in personal details, academic details (10+2 marks, board, subjects, etc.), contact information.

Upload required documents (scanned photo, signature, 10th + 12th marksheets & certificates, any other documents as asked).

Pay the application fee

There is an application form fee (as per latest SRMIST admission notice) to be paid online. 

Keep a copy/receipt of the payment confirmation.

Submission and shortlisting on merit

SRMIST examines submitted applications — BCA admissions are primarily merit‑based (based on 10+2 marks + eligibility criteria).

If selected, SRMIST will notify you (via your registered email / login portal) about admission confirmation. 

Document verification & fee payment to confirm admission

After you are shortlisted, you must produce original documents (10th & 12th certificates/mark sheets, ID proof, etc.) for verification.

Pay the first-year (or semester) fee to secure your seat. Only after verification + fee payment will your admission be confirmed and seat allotted.
