To appear in the SRMJEEE exam, candidates NEET to follow the below:
They must have a functioning laptop with camera and microphone feature along with the below specifications -
- Intel i3 (4TH Gen) equivalent CPU or above.
- 4gb RAM or above.
- Internet Speed - Minimum 1 MBPS
- 2 Gb free hard disk space
- Windows 8 or above Mac 10.14 Mojave and above

To book the slots, candidates will have to access the Admission Portal button under their respective SRMJEEE logins from the official page. They can then proceed to book the slots as per their convenience as well as availability on the particular date. After slot booking of SRMJEEE, candidates will be able to download the hall ticket.

Yes, you don't have to buy specific books seperately for SRMJEEE preparations. You can refer to your 10+2 NCERT books from classes 10 to 12. However, you can purchase practice papers for solve past year question papers and strengthen your preparations.

There are specific books for SRMJEEE preparation exclusively, candidates are advised to refer to the course books, NCERT, and supplementary books to crack the entrance exam.

As per the official SRMJEEE syllabus for Chemistry there are a total of 35 questions. These questions will be based on Electrochemistry, Solutions, Surface Chemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers, p-Block Elements, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids, Aldehydes, Organic compounds containing Nitrogen, 'D' and 'F' block elements, Biomolecules, Coordination Compounds, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes.

As per the SRMJEEE syllabus, Mathematics consists of 40 questions and the questions will be based on - Sets, Algebra, relations and functions, complex numbers and quadratic equations, Differential calculus and its applications, determinants and their applications, matrices, integral calculus and its applications, combinatorics permutations and combinations, trigonometry and analytical geometry.

Candidates can attempt SRMJEEE mock tests through their personal laptop or desktop. Here are some of the guidelines to take the SRM mock tests:
- Students must have a good working computer with the latest specifications which is fast, doesn't lags and works smooth
- They must have high-speed and stable internet
- While appearing for the mock tests, ensure your back is facing the wall and there are no devices placed in background
- The room must have no background noise and only you should be present during the entire duration.
- Ensure proper lighting
- Dress formally
- Tie your hair if you have long hairs

If you can't access the SRMJEEE mock tests, you don't have worry as you can always access to third party mock tests. Although they are paid, but the costing is pretty reasonable. Students can also download the past year question papers and solve them by keeping a timer clock, this way they will be able to track their progress.
